SPEAK. echo <text> says a line to your room as the world itself; gecho <text> says it to everyone online, unsigned and unmutable. send <player> summons a player to you or pushes them to a room. pnote <player> <text> leaves a note on their record for other Keepers; last <player> shows their recent history.

QUIET. mute and freeze hold a player still or silent; jail, fine and rename are the Warden's; purge removes what should not exist. Every one of these writes to the record, and a player can ask what was written.

BE UNSEEN. invis veils you down to a tier (bare: your own); below it you are gone from rooms and `who` and read as a Veiled Keeper wherever a name prints; Keepers of the tier and above see you, marked (W) on the staff `where`. See help unseen. where <name> finds anyone, player or mob, with room and number, and marks (H) hidden and (I) invisible.
