Friends

Who you want to hear from, and who you do not.

friend shows your list and who on it is about; friend <name> adds someone, and they are not told; friend remove <name> takes them off. Fifty names at most. Sign-on and sign-off notices arrive only while you are both online to hear them.

ignore <name> silences someone: their tells and their words on the channels stop reaching you; ignore lists whom you have silenced and ignore remove <name> hears them again. What it does not do: hide a body standing in your room, or silence a Keeper. Fifty names at most.

For everything at once, prefs tells off refuses tells from anyone; channels mutes a channel whole. A Keeper can be asked for more with pnote or on the support board when someone will not leave you be.
